- Assessments of existing buildings, with an engineer's report
- Engineering calculations and signed and sealed letters for contractors and fabricators
- Foundation design
- Support during construction: shop drawing review and site visits
Common questions
I already have an architect. How do you work with them?
We work as the structural engineer on the architect's team, or directly for the owner. Either way we coordinate our drawings with theirs.
Can you look at a crack, a sagging floor or a leaning wall?
Yes. An engineer visits, documents what is visible and gives you a written report with recommendations.
Do you design small jobs?
Yes. We take on single items such as a beam, an opening in a bearing wall, equipment supports, or calculations a contractor needs for a submittal.
